Originally, the Brockville Tunnel was opened in 1860, making it Canada’s oldest railway tunnel. The tunnel has undergone extensive masonry, and stonework repairs. Stonewall rebuilding, tuck pointing operations, and the testing of mortar and stones were all completed by Phoenix Restoration.
